We offer various activities to help you keep fit, enjoy life, and improve your health all year round.

Fit for the slopes? Staying fit, building muscle and a good sense of balance is needed for almost any situation. Special classes accompany and support you throughout your entire holiday in Felsenhof. Whether you start your day with morning or water aerobics, any type of movement is good for your health and for improving your overall well-being.

 

Weekly sauna infusions

Once a week, our certified sauna staff offers a 20-minute wellness sauna infusion at 6:15 p.m. We hope you will understand that there is a participation limit of 6 persons due to infusion requirements. (first come, first served)

 

This free programme changes continuously but is always announced in advance in the Felsenhof weekly events programme.

Exercise and relaxation offerings in our in-house weekly events programme.

  • Pilates
    A full-body training to strengthen muscles, primarily those of the pelvis area, stomach and back.
  • Qigong
    An Asian technique that promotes and stabilises the energy balance of the body.
  • Yin Yoga

    The aim of Yin Yoga is to make the fascial connective tissue more flexible and elastic and to achieve joint extension. Harmonizing physical exercises bring us back in our midst and help us to let go and relax.

  • Progressive muscle relaxation
    A voluntary and deliberate tension and relaxation of specific muscle groups to achieve deeper relaxation of the entire body.
  • Abs | Thighs | Gluts
    Exercises for the abs, thighs and gluts that help to shape and tone these parts of the body.
  • Stretching
    A form of exercise that involves gently pulling the muscles to achieve better mobility and flexibility.
  • Balance exercises
  • train the balance, have a positive effect on posture, improve coordination. The aim of the exercise is to activate and strengthen the deep muscles and strengthen the core muscles.
  • Spinal exercises
    Prevention for those who suffer from tension and want to strengthen their back muscles through functional exercises.
  • Sun salutation
    A yoga start to the day with a calming and revitalising effect on both the mind and body.
  • Water aerobics
    More than just an exercise program in water – it is gentle on the joints and one of the healthiest types of athletic activities for good reason.
