You may check in after 3 p.m.
Your room will be waiting for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Our staff will make all the necessary preparations to ensure that your room is ready for you as soon as possible. Early check-in (automatic surcharge of EUR 50.00) from 11.00 a.m. is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
If you anticipate an arrival after 8 p.m., we ask that you contact us because dinner is not available after 8 p.m.
Please check out by 11 a.m.
If you would like access to your room after 11 a.m. on the day of check-out, please let the reception desk know upon check-in. Failure to notify us will result in a day-use charge of EUR 20.–. By notifying us, you will have access to your room until 3 p.m.
Booking with breakfast only
You can book your stay to include breakfast only. Our half-board rate is EUR 12.00 less per person, per day than the normal rate.
Pets
Dogs are welcome for EUR 10,- per night in the hotel. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

Additional breakfast EUR 20.– per person.
Additional dinner for a 5-course meal EUR 44.– per person
Non-smoking/smoking areas
All rooms are non-smoking. Please bear in mind that the new Austrian law stipulates that all public rooms are non-smoking. Therefore, we ask that you restrict smoking to the sun terrace, your room's balcony, or outside of entrance doors to the hotel.
Room rates
The rates listed are in euros (EUR) per person, per night, and include gourmet half board, all Felsenhof inclusive offerings, and all statutory taxes and charges, plus local taxes, tourism taxes, and tourism fees of EUR 3.60 per adult, per night (17 years and older).
The Bad Kleinkirchheim local tax is NOT included in the room rate and is charged on site.
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival.
40% of the booked arrangements will be charged if cancellation is received 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival.
70% of the booked arrangements will be charged if cancellation is received 13 days to 7 days prior to arrival.
90% of the booked arrangements will be charged if cancellation is received during the week of arrival or in case of no-show.
