Visiting the sauna is a way of life, and perspiring strengthens the immune system, and purifies and stimulates the metabolism. Our panorama sauna landscape with fantastic panoramic view of the Kleinkirchheim Nock Mountains invites you to linger and enjoy. Open every day from 15:00 to 19:00. (earlier in case of bad weather)

Finnish sauna

A visit to the Finnish sauna helps you forget busy, work-filled days. Along with the benefits of perspiring, you are strengthening your immune system and caring for your skin when you visit the sauna.

Herbal steam sauna

A herbal steam sauna pamper the body, mind and soul with relaxing herbal scents. With pleasant relaxation music in the background, the herbal steam sauna guarantees light perspiration and purification at ca. 45°C.

Tepidarium

A combination of steam sauna and classical Finnish sauna. The near-body ambient temperature (approximately 42 °C) creates a "healthy fever" that strengthens the immune system without impacting the circulatory system. The tepidarium has a preventative and healing effect and offers ideal relaxation and regeneration for young and old.

Infrared sauna

The infrared cabin is gentler than the traditional sauna. It sends targeted rays that are invisible to the human eye. These rays penetrate the muscles to have a positive effect on the body. Experience the wonderful feeling of relaxation and purity.
